Beautiful Early 19th century Antique Carved Oak French Louis XIII / Hunt style Granite Top Server


A sumptuous and stunning antique carved oak Louis XIII / Hunt style server dating to the first part of the 19th century. This wonderful server has a new 1 1/8″ thick green with brown accents granite top and it looks absolutely fabulous. With its bulbous legs, numerous lion heads, scalloped drawers and carved foliage frieze this piece is extraordinarily functional; use it behind a sofa or as a focal point to a room to hold your TV and A/V system, the uses are as varied as it is beautiful.

Dimensions: 30 7/8″ high, 48″ wide / long and 22 3/4″ deep, the green with brown granite top measures 1 1/8″ high, 45″ wide and 21 3/8″ deep.

Condition: Very good antique condition being structurally sound with age-appropriate signs of normal use as pictured. The left drawer seems to be an old replacement since it is constructed differently and and the front has a different grain than the drawer on the right. Wear consistent with age and use; dents, nicks, chips, scratches, stains, and mars expected with age, material and use. See pictures as they are a part of the condition report!
