Exceptional antique Dutch hand painted blue & white faience Delft baluster vase, De Klauw; late 18th century, marked with the claw symbol and initials, the front panels decorated with a scene of a gentleman looking out over a harbor above an applied relief mask. A similar mask adorns the cover just beneath the plume finials, the base having a Greek key trim at the bottom.
